BodyParts3D is a web-based tool for generating an anatomical image by freely selecting body parts form a dictionary database. In this database, the shapes and positions of body parts are represented by 3D human models. Users can visualize, for example gene expression data and symptoms of each organ by mapping organ-specific data on the 3D human model data.
