Taxonomy icon is one of the services developed and maintained by the Database Center for Life Science (DBCLS) in Japan. It is available from the LSDB home page. Taxonomy icon contains icons (or images) and information of species that are familiar to people working in the Life Sciences. The icons and related information are organized by taxonomy. The icons are available under a Creative Commons license (Attribution 2.1 Japan). New icons will be uploaded regularly and will be available for use.
