Biomart has been query-oriented data management system developed and maintained by the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research (OiCR) and the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI). We can submit various queries to retrieve lists of interest from Biomart. In this togotv, we will introduce how to make ID conversion list for microarray analysis on the BioMart Central Portal website as of 20090225. From all genes in mouse genome, genes which have corresponding entries in Affymetrix mouse430 2 GeneChip are considered for further analyses. Genes with Affymetrix GeneChip ID mentioned above are associated with Agilent ProbeID and RefSeq ID via Ensembl Gene ID. You can download the results in TSV (Tab Separated Value) format with GNU-zip(gzip) compression.
