Human Protein Reference Databaseを使ってヒトタンパク質の情報を調べる

Human Protein Reference Databaseはヒトタンパク質について、ドメイン、翻訳後修飾、相互作用などの情報を統合したデータベースです。

様々な条件設定を行うことで、目的のヒトタンパク質の情報を検索してくれます。

今回は、ヒトのkinesinファミリー因子を例に、HPRDを使ってタンパク質を検索する方法を3つ紹介します。
