Biomart v0.8を使ってIDから遺伝子情報を取得する

BioMartは、the Ontario Institute forCancer Research (OiCR) とthe European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI) が共同で開発しているクエリ指向型データ管理システムです。

先日、BioMartのバージョンアップが行われインターフェースの大幅な変更や新機能の追加がなされました。

この動画ではバージョンアップで変更された点を、IDから遺伝子のDescription等を取得する中で解説し、また、追加された新機能についても解説を行なっていきます。

動画内で使用したIDリストはこの論文を参考に作成しました。
