本日の統合TVは、2010年6月23, 24日にライフサイエンス統合データベースセンター（DBCLS）にて開催されたAJACS & 第22回DDBJing 講習会 in 東京より、国立遺伝学研究所 CIB・DDBJ研究センター DDBJ構築チームアノテータ児玉悠一氏による「次世代シーケンサ配列の登録・データ解析〜次世代シーケンサアーカイブDB〜」をお送りします。

次世代シーケンサから出てきた生出力データを登録するための公共アーカイブ DRA (DDBJ Sequence Read Archive)の紹介と、D-way を利用したデータの登録方法について解説していただきました。
